Never knew what I had endured was 'gaslighting'. Yes, I had gone through such phase too at workplace and it was too emotionally draining back then. It also took a lot of time to overcome the phase due to the confusion associated with it....Thank you Shilpa for guiding through this. Will try to get the book too. The theme is too overwhelming and pretty much relatable.
