1. Visual Summary
Here is my Visual Summary of Mihaly’s pathbreaking Psychological concept of ‘Flow’. Flow is a mental state in which one is fully immersed in an activity, with energized focus, so much so that the process of doing the activity takes you to a state of ‘being’. This state of joy makes you oblivious to your sense of time & results in optimum performance.
I strongly recommend reading the book Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. In case you have already read the book, would love to hear what are areas where you experience Flow in your day to day life? And for those who just want a quick read, check this link.
2. Meditation Doodles
Introducing Geometric Shapes Doodles. No points for guessing, again influenced by Rob. Draw segments of Geometric figures without overlapping. You can either shade the Boundaries or shade the Interiors. This doodle form does create a state of Flow for me. Try it out!
