1. Infographic - Feminine Energy
Is feminine energy relevant only to women? No. All humans are a mix of the feminine and the masculine. Both the energies are a dualism we carry within us. They are binary systems coexisting in nature. Feminine energy is all of the nurturing traits it takes to connect to human beings in a meaningful and fulfilling way. It’s compassionate, kind, empathetic, patient and emotional. It’s about embracing your intuition and creativity. Feminine energy is fluid and free. It’s about a state of being. It encompasses receiving and is represented by nature. If you want to reconnect with your feminine energy, you have to learn how to prioritize yourself, your self-care and your well-being.
The infographic below is a friendly reminder of 17 tactics to give off more feminine energy. Also sharing an interesting read on How to Step Into Your Feminine Energy and Achieve More in Your Life
2. Useful Resource -The Wheel of Life
Wheel of Life is a powerful tool that continues to prove popular in life coaching and self-help. It offers enormous insight into aspects of your being that are flourishing or struggling and helps guide you to the changes needed to remove barriers and push forward. I have used the Wheel of Life in various Personal Growth Workshops and it has always worked wonders. Its important to note that you stay earnest while plotting. Do not give your self rating from an ideal or desired state. When you stay true, the results of Wheel of Life will reflect your reality.
How to use:
Determine your categories
Create a wheel using the categories you chose
Evaluate each area
Connect the dots
Compare the results to your ideal levels
Take steps to address the areas you'd like to improve
Here are some useful links. Hope you all will find this useful.

3. Graphic Recording Projects
In my association with Asia Organization Development Network (AODN), I do Remote Graphic Recording of their Virtual OD Exchange sessions with some eminent thought leaders from across the globe. The objective of these Visual summaries is to capture the essence of the speakers sessions for synthesis, knowledge assimilation & retention of Key information for the OD, HR Community. Here are 2 recent ones.
