1. Sketchnotes - Visual Book Summary
Here is the Visual Book Summary of Courage To Be Disliked, The: How to free yourself, change your life and achieve real happiness by Ichiro Kishimi & Fumitake Koga made a wonderful read. Would recommend to anyone who is on a journey with self.
“No experience is in itself a cause of our success or failure. We do not suffer from the shock of our experiences—the so-called trauma—but instead we make out of them whatever suits our purposes. We are not determined by our experiences, but the meaning we give them is self-determining.”
“None of us live in an objective world, but instead in a subjective world that we ourselves have given meaning to. The world you see is different from the one I see, and it’s impossible to share your world with anyone else.”
“One needs to think not What will this person give me? but, rather, What can I give to this person? That is commitment to the community.”
2. Infographic - Article Summary
Sharing an insightful article by Nick Wignall on 5 Rules for Setting Healthy Boundaries Here is the Visual Summary of same for your easier understanding. To me, this article also resonated with being authentic. We hear so much about Authenticity in Leadership, while its equally applicable at a Self level. Drawing boundaries allows us to be our authentic selves and manage our emotions better. I thought this resonated so well with our newsletter theme, its important to reflect and see if our thoughts, feelings and actions are aligned. What do you think?
3. Useful Resource
Boundaries are important for our own Health and Wellbeing. In line with our theme, I found this useful resource from Stanford University, where the steps of How to Step boundaries are explained in a very simple and easy to interpret manner.

4. Graphic Recording
In my association with Asia Organization Development Network (AODN), I do Remote Graphic Recording of their Virtual OD Exchange sessions with some eminent thought leaders from across the globe. My Graphic Recording summarizes the essence of the entire talk by the respective speakers, which is then shared with OD, HR Community for knowledge assimilation & retention. They also use the visual on Social media as a means to build awareness & provide open access to such knowledge sharing sessions.
The last session was on 'Emerging Technologies & OD, A new paradigm for Change & Adaptability' by Siddhartha Paul Tiwari. Here is my Graphic Recording of same.
5. A Quote to Ponder
